Mourinho, Pogba, Carrick And Others Meet The Thai Footballers And Their Coach Who Survived Cave Ordeal
The 12 Thai footballers and their coach who were trapped in a cave for more than two weeks before they were rescued met with coach Jose Mourinho at Manchester United‘s Carrington training ground this evening.
The Twelve boys and their coach from Wild Boars Football Club made headlines around the World when they became trapped in a cave in Thailand back in July.
After their rescue at that time, United tweeted: ‘We would love to welcome the team from Wild Boars Football Club and their rescuers to Old Trafford this coming season.’
They arrived in England this week and visited Manchester United’s Carrington training ground where they posed for photos with midfielders Paul Pogba and Ander Herrera including manager Jose Mourinho and his assistant Michael Carrick.
