Arsenal manager, Unai Emery, is unlikely to have any of his injured players available, when they travel to Premier League leaders Liverpool on Saturday.
Rob Holding (knee), Konstantinos Mavropanos (groin), Hector Bellerin (calf), Henrikh Mkhitaryan (ankle) and Danny Welbeck (ankle) are all out.
Defender Shkodran Mustafi is the only man with a slight chance of being involved, but his return from a hamstring problem is not expected to come this weekend.
Captain Laurent Koscielny should be fine following a foot issue in the draw at Brighton.
“We are playing a lot of matches in [the space of] a few days, and we need each day to test how the players are.
“We trained with the players who didn’t play [against Brighton]. Mustafi may also be close to training with us, but today he worked alone but with good feeling.
“Tomorrow [Friday] is the last training before we travel to Liverpool and we need to know who can play in training,” Emery said.
Provisional squad: Leno, Cech, Martinez, Jenkinson, Lichtsteiner, Koscielny, Papastathopoulos, Mustafi, Medley, Maitland-Niles, Xhaka, Elneny, Torreira, Guendouzi, Ramsey, Iwobi, Ozil, Saka, Lacazette, Aubameyang, Nketiah.
