Fabio Quagliarella proved age is just a number as the 36-year-old finished the season as Serie A top scorer ahead of Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Sampdoria veteran has been sensational this term and claimed the top-flight Golden Boot with 26 goals, five more than his Juventus rival.
Despite winning the league title and Player of the Year, it represents four consecutive years whereby Ronaldo has failed to finish as the top scorer in his league.
Atalanta's Duvan Zapata came second to Quagliarella with 23 goals and AC Milan's Krzysztof Piatek came third with 22.
Quagliarella's amazing season is further evidenced when stats show the Italian has the most assists from the top five scorers in Serie A.
