Otto Wallin is eyeing Anthony Joshua for a UK fight and wants a rematch against Tyson Fury, claims his promoter.
The Swede lost his unbeaten record to Fury but fought valiantly in his unanimous decision defeat, though his promoter is targetting a second meeting with the 'Gypsy King' as well as a bout versus Joshua.
"Otto would be much better in the rematch. He is going to get busy and now he is comfortable with Fury's style. I strongly believe Otto wins the rematch," Dmitry Salita told Sky Sports.
"I think it could have been a draw, at most 7-5 Tyson.
"Fury is a great fighter who has tons of heart. He was very skilled and courageous in how he dealt with such adversity. But had it been anyone else, I feel the fight would be stopped.
"Otto is a true champion, inside and outside the ring. He is from Sweden and fought Fury in Vegas so destination is no issue."
Wallin opened up a huge cut on Fury before losing on the scorecards, but his profile has shot up following his courageous showing.
Salita also wants to match his fighter with Joshua and claims they were in talks to step in for Jarrell Miller last June, before Andy Ruiz Jr eventually stepped up and shocked the heavyweight division.
"We were discussing him stepping in to fight Joshua in June," he added. "We would be open to that possibility some time down the line in the UK."
Of course, Joshua faces Ruiz Jr on December 7 in Saudi Arabia for the unified heavyweight titles, with Wallin hoping for shot against the Brit.
As for Fury, he's slated to rematch Deontay Wilder for the WBC heavyweight title if the undefeated American beats Luis Ortiz in November.
