Chelsea have ended their five-year partnership agreement with Yokohama as their official shirt sponsor.
The London club announced on Friday that it will extend its partnership with the Japanese company, who have been their shirt sponsor since 2015 but their logo will not be on the front of the club's kit.
Instead, Yokohama is now officially Chelsea's Official Global Tyre Partner, with club hierarchy searching for a jew lucrative sponsorship deal to compete with other top clubs.
In 2015, Chelsea's partnership with Yokohama was the second biggest sponsorship deal in the Premier League, with the club signing a five-year deal worth £200million with the brand.
However, Chelsea's top 6 rivals have since outgrown their sponsorship deal with larger figures over the past few years.
Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham all have their own £40million-per-year shirt sponsorship deals.
Meanwhile, Manchester United have a deal worth £53million-per-year with car manufacturer Chevrolet, previously the most lucrative deal in the Premier League.
But now League leaders Liverpool have announced a record-breaking partnership with kit manufacturer Nike, which is worth £80million-per-year.
Chelsea's kit is also being manufactured by Nike, but their arrangement was just £60million-per-year.
The Liverpool-Nike collaboration also overshadowed the Manchester United-adidas partnership, which is worth around £70million-per-year.
