Manchester United interim manager, Ralf Rangnick, has told goalkeeper Dean Henderson that he will not leave Old Trafford this season, MEN reports.
Henderson only signed an improved five-year contract in the summer.
However, since then, he has failed to get regular game time and remains number two behind David De Gea.
The 24-year-old has started two fixtures, one coming in the EFL Cup and the other being in a dead-rubber Champions League game.
Several reports have linked Henderson with a move away, with Tottenham Hotspur known to be monitoring the situation.
Nevertheless, the Manchester Evening News claims that Rangnick has already informed Henderson that he will be remaining with United.
It is believed the goalkeeper is unlikely to accept the situation, as he looks for senior action in his bid to earn a spot in England’s World Cup squad next year.
