Former Ghana captain, Asamoah Gyan, has insisted that the Blacks Stars don’t need a tactic to win against Nigeria.
Gyan said that Ghana versus Nigeria is a rivalry that doesn’t need a coach.
According to the former Sunderland striker, attitude and hunger will determine who will win between Nigeria and Ghana.
DAILY POST reports that Nigeria will host Ghana in a 2022 FIFA World Cup second leg playoff at the MKO Abiola Stadium, Abuja, on Tuesday evening.
Both teams had drawn 0-0 in the first leg last Friday in Kumasi.
The winner over the two legs will qualify for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
“Ghana vs Nigeria is also a question mark because of the rivalry between Ghana and Nigeria,” Gyan said in a video posted on the official Twitter handle of Connect 97.1fm on Tuesday.
“You don’t need a coach, you don’t need tactics to win against Nigeria.
“This game, I think the attitude and hunger will determine who will win. As a Ghanaian, Ghana.”
