Manchester United interim manager, Ralf Rangnick has praised Cristiano Ronaldo’s attitude and quality after he scored again in their 1-1 draw with Chelsea on Thursday.
There were no goals in the first half, but United went one goal down thanks to Marcos Alonso’s strike after the break.
Ronaldo then controlled Nemanja Matic’s pass and smashed the ball past Eduoard Mendy.
The 37-year-old has now scored United’s last five goals and is their top scorer with 23 goals.
“Ronaldo’s attitude helping in our own half at the age of 37 isn’t normal.
“If he plays like he did today he can still be a great help for this team.
“In the end it is Erik (Ten Hag) and Cristiano’s decision,” Rangnick said.
