Manchester United striker, Cristiano Ronaldo has thanked the club’s supporters following their 1-1 draw with Chelsea in the Premier League.
The Red Devils were looking to bounce back from a 3-1 defeat at Arsenal last weekend.
However, they found themselves a goal down, after Marcos Alonso volleyed home at the back post in the second half.
Ronaldo then controlled Nemanja Matic’s pass and smashed the ball past Eduoard Mendy.
After the game, he tweeted: “Thanks for the support in Old Trafford tonight.
“As always, our fans were amazing in their effort to help the team.”
The 37-year-old has now scored United’s last five goals and is their top scorer with 23 goals.
