Chelsea midfielder Ross Barkley is struggling on-loan at Nice.
Barkley was given a 2/10 rating after his 'non-existent' performance for Nice in Ligue 1.
The French club are enduring an underwhelming campaign despite seemingly going big in the summer transfer window with various highly-rated signings. One of the players signed was Barkley, who Chelsea finally managed to get off the books by terminating his contract in August.
Barkley, 29, featured as a striker, playing off Arsenal flop Nicolas Pepe up-top for Nice as they took on Lorient. Yet despite his side clinching a 2-1 victory on the road, Barkley found little joy during Sunday's fixture.
The former Everton talent missed an open goal after Youcef Atal's ball found him at the back post. With just the keeper to beat, he scooped the bouncing ball over from four yards.
Get French Football News branded his miss as "one of the worst of the Ligue 1 season," and the playmaker was taken off after just 45 minutes following an "anonymous" performance.
