Bournemouth manager Gary O'Neil admits he's had a few chats with Bill Foley this week.
The club's new owner saw his side lose 4-0 to West Ham United on Sunday.
He was also in attendance for the 1-0 win against Southampton on Thursday.
Pre-game, O'Neil stated of the American billionaire: “I've seen Bill around the training ground and had a couple of brief chats with him.
“But in three-game weeks it never feels like you have enough time, so I'm busy working and trying to make sure the team are ready, which I'm sure Bill would prefer me to do."
O'Neil added: “He'll be speaking to Richard (Hughes) and Neill (Blake) regularly, I would think.
“From my point of view, I'm just head down, getting on with the work that needs to be done.
“I think he wants to be involved. He wants to know what's going on.
“He's keen to help and improve the club. But from my point of view, it's more contact purely with Richard or the players that is my important bit at the moment, making sure that everybody is ready to go for what is going to be six real big games for the football club.
“So, take care of my bit and I'm sure everyone else will be happy."
