West Ham remain in talks with PSG over the signing of striker Hugo Ekitike.
The Hammers are getting encouragement the player is open to the move, with both a loan and permanent deal are under discussion.
A potential deal for Ekitike is understood to be independent of the Londoners pursuit of Yuri Alberto.
Technical Director Tim Steidten is still out in Brazil negotiating with Corinthians.
Personal terms are not an issue and Alberto wants to join, and while there is work to do on a deal between the clubs, so far talks have been positive.
