Nottingham Forest are prepared to cut short Divock Origi’s loan from AC Milan, in order to allow the striker to join Los Angeles FC for the remainder of the season, Sky Sports News has been told.
Sky in Italy are reporting that Origi is expected to make the switch to the USA before the deadline with the package also including an obligation to buy him for £4.25m - but that requires Forest’s agreement.
Milan have not yet made a Formal approach to Forest, who have an option to sign Origi themselves as part of the existing loan deal which took him to the City Ground.
However, it’s thought Forest are not interested in doing so, and are open to the idea of Origi moving to America in the next few days.
