Saudi Pro League clubs are looking to raid Liverpool this summer with Luis Diaz and Joe Gomez on their shortlist alongside other stars.
The Saudi Pro League has been on a run of major signings since the winter of 2023 as they look to put the league on the map. The Saudi Pro League's chief executive Michael Emenalo has been transparent about their intention to sign 'exceptional' players in their prime for the next summer season. As such, The Daily Mail has reported that Liverpool's Diaz and Gomez are high up on their list.
Gomez and Diaz have been top performers for Liverpool as the Reds bid farewell to Jurgen Klopp and the Saudi hierarchy believes that they may be able to pry the duo away from the Merseyside club due to the German's departure.
There are also attempts being made to bring Mohamed Salah and Alisson Becker to the Middle East this summer. Salah had been the Saudi Pro League's major target last summer as their marquee signing for the window but no deal materialised
