Chelsea owes Raheem Sterling £70m in wages and bonuses for the three years left on his contract, according to Mail Sport.
The Blues are looking to try and move the 29-year-old this summer.

It is believed that Sterling wants to sort out his contractual situation at Stamford Bridge first before deciding which club he wants to move to.
The former Manchester City winger has been training away from the first-team squad at Cobham and has seen his No.7 shirt given to new signing Pedro Neto.
Chelsea might have to get creative in trying to find a solution for Sterling.
Reports claim there have been talks over a potential swap deal involving Manchester United’s Jadon Sancho.
