Arsenal goalkeeper, Khari Ranson, has revealed that his dad is from Nigeria and his mum is from Ghana.
Ranson said this as he hinted he is eligible to represent the two West African countries internationally – the Super Eagles and Black Stars.
The 17-year-old is currently an England youth international.
“My mum is from Ghana and my dad is from Nigeria, which leads to a lot of friendly debate about which jollof rice is better!” Ranson recently told Arsenal’s official website.
“Personally I side with Nigerian jollof. I have two younger siblings: a brother and a sister,” he added.
