Manchester United manager, Ruben Amorim has said that the Red Devils want Amad Diallo to sign a new contract and stay at Old Trafford.
Diallo’s current deal with Man United runs until next summer.
But with United holding the option of a further year, there has been some talk around the Ivorian’s contractual situation.
However, Amorim is relaxed about the matter as he fielded a question on the subject during his press conference ahead of Man United’s Premier League tie with Arsenal on Wednesday night.
“I think he wants to stay and we want him to stay,” Amorim said. “So that is clear and we will find a solution.
“I think that is one of the great advantages of Amad. He’s very good for me.”
