England manager Thomas Tuchel says he is "not afraid" to make changes for Monday's World Cup qualifier against Latvia, while Anthony Gordon has been ruled out through injury.
The Newcastle forward sustained a hip injury on Friday after coming on as a late substitute in the Three Lions' opening qualifier against Albania.
After England's 2-0 win, Tuchel described the injury as "a bit worrying" but played it down on Sunday, saying Gordon requires a couple of days' rest.
The 24-year-old had a scan on Saturday before returning tohis club for further assessment.
"It's just a matter of pain, there's a big bruise around the hip region and he's unable to walk properly," said Tuchel.
As he ponders changes to his line-up, the German added there was a "good chance" Gordon would have started against Latvia and was "sad that he's out".
